Our philosophy is largely based around the concept that an account team should be considered an extension of the client’s marketing team, working side by side with management and staff, demonstrating the same dedication and commitment to results.
This requires a firm understanding of the client’s business, a cohesive working relationship – and usually a lot of fun too.
Some of our clients require just public relations, some require destination representation, and others prefer to use us for their entire remit, thus reaping the benefits of having a single point of contact. We therefore encourage all staff to gain a holistic understanding of the travel industry – a campaign might encompass public relations, trade marketing and new media – therefore a broad and varied skill base is required.
